How much does custom software development cost?

Project cost varies too much between engagements for a published figure to be useful: the same feature can differ severalfold depending on how much of the system already exists, how consistent it is, and how many other systems it touches. So the engineers read your setup, and you get a written scope with a fixed price inside three business days. If the work then turns out harder than judged, the price still holds.

What is included in your software development service?

It includes everything in the written scope from discovery: the build, tests, deployment, documentation, and post-launch support. Maintenance after that runs on a yearly agreement, agreed with you rather than assumed. A change order is triggered by new requirements, not by difficulty. If the work turns out harder than estimated, that is our problem. If the target moves, we re-scope and re-price the delta before doing anything.

Yes, on a yearly agreement you agree to rather than one that is assumed. Launch is not the end of the relationship: bugs get fixed, dependencies get kept current, and small changes get made without renegotiating the whole contract each time.

Will you work under our contract and sign an NDA?

Yes to both. Most clients use their own services agreement and we sign NDAs before discovery when the problem itself is sensitive. Client identities stay confidential by default.

Yes, anywhere. Engagements are remote-first and invoiced in US dollars under a standard services agreement, and we have worked across time zones on both sides of us. Whatever overlap your team needs is agreed in writing before work starts rather than left to chance. Location has not been a constraint on any project so far.
