Mobile and Web App Development

We scope around what your app has to do, then build it to actually last.

What we build

FAST

Fast and reliable on real phones

Tested on the kind of phone your customers actually own, not just the newest one on a developer's desk. An app that only feels fast in a demo is not actually fast.

GOOD

Designed around what people actually do

We start with the handful of tasks your customers actually need to complete, and design the app around those, not around every feature a template happens to include. Fewer screens, less to get lost in.

REACHABLE

Built to be updated, not rebuilt every year

The code is written so a new feature next year is a normal update, not a rewrite. Most app costs come later, from changes, so that is what we design for first.

Questions on this work

How is this different from a template app builder?

A template builder gives you their screens with your logo on them. We design around what your specific customers need to do, which usually means fewer screens and less confusion, and the code is yours to grow, not locked into a builder's platform.

How can you give a fixed price if we do not know every feature yet?

We scope the version that matters first: the handful of tasks a customer needs to complete on day one. That gets a fixed price. Anything you add later is scoped and priced the same way, one piece at a time, instead of guessing at a total nobody can actually estimate upfront.

What happens after launch, do you just disappear?

No. Every app needs updates: a new phone OS, a bug only real use turns up, a feature you did not think of yet. We scope ongoing support upfront, so it is a known cost, not a surprise call six months in.
